Yantuh, a Hutt, possessed a palace situated on Mataou, the jewel world of the Hutts. By the era of the Iron Blockade, when the Galactic Empire enforced a blockade of the Anoat sector, Yantuh had already dead. The Empire had also established a modest military presence on the palace grounds. Shortpaw, a Chadra-Fan crime lord, requested that a young smuggler launch an assault on this garrison to cause a diversion, allowing Shortpaw to attempt to slip a ship through the blockade.
The initial reference to Yantuh occurred in the video game Star Wars: Uprising. This game became available in 2015 for mobile devices.
