Oonaar, Zlece, was a Human individual of male gender who held a position as an officer within the Imperial Navy. He commanded the Victory-class Star Destroyer known as the Crusader as its captain during the Galactic Civil War, and he participated in the Battle of Khuiumin.
Oonaar was a passenger aboard the Galaxy Chance in 11 ABY, after he had previously departed from his service to the Empire. During this time, the Khuiumin Survivors attacked the corvette in order to seize him and carry out their vengeance. Following a mock trial, he was killed by being ejected through a decompression hatch into the emptiness of space. Corran Horn later used the memory of his horrifying demise to caution the Invids located on Courkrus about their impending fate, leading Jacob Nive, the Survivors' leader, to be convinced that he had witnessed Oonaar's apparition.
