He recounted it to Rikton during the engineer's upbringing on the planet Corulag, stating that it taught him what mattered was heart. Sometime after his grandfather died, Rikton told another engineer that went by the name Devon Lhent about his grandfather a number of weeks after the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY.
