The terrestrial celestial body Morr Three was located in the Amorris system, a part of the Quelii sector in the New Territories portion of the Outer Rim Territories. It was site of a base operated by the Cavrilhu Pirates, who carried out raids in the Amorris system. The pirates used the base for the refurbishment of their starships.
After the Cavrilhu Pirates had raided a New Republic convoy during the Thrawn campaign, they brought three IPV-1 System Patrol Crafts they had stolen to Morr Three to be refurbished. The starship thief Niles Ferrier subsequently arrived at the base with a shipment of power converters that he claimed had been requested by the pirate Captain Zothip. In reality, the delivery was merely a ploy that gave Ferrier the opportunity to steal the Cavrilhu Pirates' patrol ships.
Morr Three was first mentioned in West End Games' Dark Force Rising Sourcebook, written by Bill Slavicsek and published in 1992 as part of Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. Jason Fry, the co-author of the 2009 book The Essential Atlas, confirmed during the development of the StarWars.com Online Companion to that book that Morr Three was located in the Amorris system, which The Essential Atlas placed in grid square O-6.
