Mummert was a male human who served as an admiral in the Galactic Empire. Early into the Imperial Era, Darth Vader tasked the admiral with deploying starships in the Hortolo system. However, gathering the proper divisions took longer than expected, and the admiral was unable to fulfill his mission within the deadlines. Mummert reported to Vader on his Venator-class Star Destroyer, where he was telekinetically choked to death by Vader when he reported the bad news via viewscreen, disturbing the dark lord in his chambers.
The Imperial Admiral had a standard gray Imperial uniform with a rank insignia plaque that contained four blue tiles on the bottom row and four red tiles on the top row. Additionally, the officer made use of an Imperial kepi with an officer's disk, as well as a single code cylinder on the uniform's left pouch. The general had fair skin and gray hair.
