The Neo-Cobral Base was a bunker located a short distance west of the city Narmle on Naboo's swamp moon of Rori during the time of the Galactic Civil War. The base was controlled by the Neo-Cobral.

In 1 ABY, Lieutenant Orden Tarc of the Royal Naboo Security Forces tasked a spacer with interrogating Cobrals at the base until one of them gave up information pertaining to an Aqualish criminal by the name of Ponda Baba.
The Neo-Cobral Base was a location in the 2003 massively multiplayer online roleplaying game Star Wars Galaxies, prior to the game's closure on December 15, 2011. The Neo-Cobral Base was added to the game with the release of the "Game Update 12," on August 10, 2009.
