The Aeos system was a star system that was situated within the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy. Within this system was the ocean planet known as Aeos Prime, which served as the original homeworld for the Aeosian species. In the time of the First Order-Resistance War, the Colossus journeyed to Aeos Prime, seeking to establish a new home, but this led to disagreements with the native Aeosians. While the Aeosians ultimately permitted their stay, the First Order found out about their location and chased the Colossus from the planet. Subsequently, the First Order came back to orbitally bombard the Aeosians who had provided refuge to the Resistance group.
