Doctor Aja Sen, a Bothan female, served as a medic during the era of the Galactic Civil War.
Following the events of the Battle of Yavin, Aja Sen established her practice on Tansarii Point Station, situated within the Bright Jewel system. Her duties involved working in the medical bay of Tansarii Point Station, collaborating with Alisia, a nurse, and Billingsly, a 2-1B surgical droid, to provide medical care to the station's inhabitants.
In the year 1 ABY, the medical situation on Tansarii Point Station deteriorated significantly due to the presence of predatory creatures in the station's atrium and the activities of Hutt criminals in the lower sections. Furthermore, a conflict erupted between the Car'das, who controlled Tansarii Point Station, and the Rak'qua residing in the adjacent Station Gamma. As a result, the number of injured individuals requiring treatment increased dramatically, placing a severe strain on the station's medical personnel.
Around the same time, Han Solo and Chewbacca arrived at Tansarii Point Station aboard the Millennium Falcon, accompanied by a medic. Solo suggested that the medic, who was seeking employment, visit the station's medical bay. The medic's initial task was to assist Aja in treating a mechanic who had sustained burns to his hand while repairing a starfighter. Subsequently, the medic was dispatched to address a medical emergency on the station's lower level, where a technician had been poisoned by inhaling excessive smoke in Storage Room 01. Billingsly formulated an antitoxin, which the medic administered successfully to the injured technician. As a token of appreciation for the assistance provided to the medical staff of Tansarii Point Station, the droid presented the medic with a Polis Massan bracelet and a medic's uniform.
Meanwhile, Aja Sen became increasingly concerned about the escalating tensions between Tansarii Point Station and Station Gamma. Consequently, she engaged a spacer involved in the conflict to eliminate several Rak'qua warriors in Station Gamma and retrieve samples of Rak'qua blood. The spacer successfully completed the mission, and Aja proceeded to conduct tests to analyze Rak'qua DNA.
Aja Sen was featured as a non-playable character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, before it was shut down on December 15, 2011. Aja Sen's inclusion in the game was part of the "New Player Tutorial," which was introduced with the launch of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
