All Terrain Riot Control Transport
The All Terrain Riot Control Transport (AT-RCT), a walker of the All Terrain variety, was produced by Kuat Drive Yards. It was specifically designed for maintaining order and suppressing riots in urban settings. First introduced in 19 BBY (that is, the year it was introduced), it drew inspiration from the All Terrain Recon Transport and saw deployment by the Grand Army of the Republic during the Battle of Kashyyyk. Following the Clone Wars, the AT-RCT found use within the Imperial Army and the police forces of the Galactic Empire, along with numerous planetary and system governments. Later, a modified version of this walker was utilized by Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire during the Second Imperial Civil War.
Characteristics

Similar to the All Terrain Recon Transport model, this walker featured an open-topped design, but it was bigger. It could accommodate two pilots.
History
An initial iteration of this walker was actively used by the Galactic Republic's military force, the Grand Army of the Republic. These walkers were part of the Battle of Kashyyyk in 19 BBY. Later, a pair of them were sent alongside a clone unit to Kestavel, a Colonies world, to capture the Jedi fugitive Dass Jennir during the Great Jedi Purge, which took place early in the Galactic Empire's existence. Over 150 years later, the Fel Empire and Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire increased their utilization of this type of walker.
Behind the scenes
The All Terrain Riot Control Transport was originally conceived for the 2005 movie Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, but it was ultimately removed from the final cut. Designed by T.J. Frame, it was initially called the "Twin AT-ST." A concept piece by Ryan Church dated June 13, 2003 depicted it alongside an AT-RT and Infantry Support Platform in a scene where Yoda was located by a searchlight attached beneath the AT-RCT's central cannons. Yoda then distracted rebellious clone troopers by behaving like an eccentric hermit. Subsequently, Chewbacca would have climbed onto the back of the AT-RT and removed the pilot, mirroring his boarding of an All Terrain Scout Transport in the 1983 film Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.
Despite its absence from the film, the "Twin AT-ST" made an appearance in the third issue of the Episode III comic adaptation, which was written by Miles Lane, illustrated by Douglas Wheatley, and released on April 13, 2005. Its design was later repurposed as the All Terrain Riot Control Transport in the Legacy Era Campaign Guide, a 2009 supplement for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game by Wizards of the Coast. Although the walker was described as being based on vehicle designs originating from the Clone Wars era, the "Twin AT-ST" wasn't officially recognized as an earlier version of the AT-RCT until the release of Far Horizons, a 2014 supplement for the Star Wars: Edge of the Empire roleplaying game by Fantasy Flight Games.
