Suits known as Aquasuits were a specialized kind of suit designed to enable non-aquatic species to function underwater, granting access to depths of hundreds of meters below the ocean's surface. These suits maintained internal pressure while remaining flexible and airtight, a characteristic achieved through the inherent properties of the materials used in their construction. Integrated helmet systems provided enhanced vision and auditory input, augmenting the wearer's normal sensory capabilities. An aquasuit provided six hours of breathable air for an air breather. Furthermore, the suit supplied the individual inside with drinking water, nutritional support, and other essential biological provisions. Notable Jedi participants in the Battle of Mon Cala, including figures such as Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, utilized aquasuits.
