The sole inhabited settlement on the planet Ashas Ree was the Ashas Ree outpost. It was positioned adjacent to a Jedi temple of the Force. After Mika Grey unearthed the old Sith temple that lay hidden under the Jedi temple, the outpost's inhabitants evacuated. They left behind cautionary notes advising any travelers to be wary of the age-old malevolence. These warnings were found by Torra Doza, Freya Fenris, and Kazuda Xiono from the Colossus, who had gone there seeking provisions for the station.
