Aubin Kleej's mother

Aubin Kleej, a Gotal, was born to a female and Goethar Kleej, who was also a Gotal; these two were his parents. This woman, along with her family, was taken prisoner by the Crucible, a brutal enslavement syndicate, roughly around the time the Mandalorian Wars began. Aubin struggled to interpret the sensory input Gotals receive via their cones, so he depended greatly on his mother for daily life.

This reliance of Aubin's became even more apparent after Chantique, who was the leader of the enslavement operation, removed Goethar's horns, thereby removing his cone-based sensory perception and his capacity to communicate with his son in that manner. Later, the Crucible killed the mother, which caused her son to fall into a state of quiet suffering. Goethar described the woman's passing and its impact on his family to Zayne Carrick, an ex-Jedi Padawan, circa 3963 BBY.
