Bandomeer, a world dedicated to farming, existed within the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy. It sat where the Hydian Way intersected with the Braxant Run. This planet maintained its agricultural focus until the discovery of substantial mineral deposits, leading to their extraction throughout galactic history. Throughout Bandomeer's existence, disagreements occasionally arose between the miners and the corporations overseeing the mining endeavors. Following the rise of the Galactic Empire, Bandomeer became a target for resource exploitation. When the miners attempted resistance, the Sith Lord Darth Vader intervened, delivering swift punishment.
