Basso Mak was a fighter of the Utai people, employed by the Kendoh Gang under the leadership of Kendoh Voss. While at the Wayward Comet refueling station, Remex Io, who was a member of the station's personnel, noticed Finn, an agent of the Resistance. Io then informed Voss, who then got in touch with the First Order to request the bounty for Finn. Ultimately, Finn eliminated him during their mission to the moon of Avedot.
