Beyta was a member of the Mon Calamari species. During the New Republic Era, this being held the ranks of lieutenant and pilot within the Starfighter Corps of the New Republic. Sometime near 9 ABY, Beyta, sporting a blue flight suit, attended a gathering involving General Hera Syndulla and Chancellor Mon Mothma.
The initial glimpse of Beyta was within the promotional teaser for the Ahsoka television series, which streams on Disney+. The character then materialized in "Time to Fly," the third installment of the Ahsoka television show from 2023. The official naming of Beyta occurred alongside the unveiling of the LEGO kit 75357 Ghost & Phantom II, which became available on September 1, 2023.
