The Blurrg-1120 holdout blaster was a blaster pistol of the hold-out variety, produced by Eirriss Ryloth Defense Tech. This weapon's name was derived from the blurrg, an animal indigenous to Ryloth, which is also the location of the manufacturer. The Blurrg-1120 was constructed with a primary blaster barrel, and an additional secondary blaster barrel, along with a small sight, a "lekku" trigger mechanism, a grip handle designed for ergonomics, and a cartridge for gas and power cells. The Blurrg-1120's design allowed for customization, making it possible to modify the weapon to discharge explosive bolts. Furthermore, it featured a total of nine different firing modes, which included a standard single-shot mode as well as a two-shot burst mode. The final firing mode used a substantial amount of power, and did not accurately display the number of shots fired, meaning the user was required to look at the indicator under the pistol to determine the remaining shots. This pistol was the preferred weapon of the Twi'lek rebel Hera Syndulla, who carried it in a holster attached to her right boot.
