BNI-393, also known as Bunny by her master, was an LEP-series service droid who provided assistance to the Galactic Republic's naval forces during the Clone Wars. This droid was part of the Republic's military, and specifically served on the Renown, a Venator-class Star Destroyer, where she worked in maintenance with other droids.
In approximately 20 BBY, BNI-393 was serving on the Renown when the Confederacy of Independent Systems seized control of the Star Destroyer. During this event, Separatist battle droids killed the droid's master along with the rest of the Republic crew. Consequently, BNI-393 and other surviving droids were forced to conceal themselves from the Confederacy.
When a Republic droid squad, under the leadership of Colonel Meebur Gascon, boarded the Star Destroyer, BNI-393 was able to find them and tell them about the Confederacy's plans for the warship. As a result, the LEP service droid and Gascon's team successfully stopped the Confederacy from destroying the Republic space station Valor during a military meeting. However, BNI-393 managed to get off the Star Destroyer before it was destroyed, and then rejoined the Republic forces.
This LEP-series service droid had a height of 1.26 meters. The droid also featured blue-colored plating and yellow sensors.
The character BNI-393 first appeared in "Point of No Return," which was the thirteenth episode of the fifth season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated television show. This episode was originally broadcast on January 12, 2013.
