A structure situated on the planet of Tatooine, known as Boorka's Palace, served as the base of operations for the Hutt crime lord Boorka. This palace was positioned in proximity to the city of Mos Osnoe. During the Clone Wars, a conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Boorka utilized it as his headquarters. In the year 22 BBY, which marked the beginning of the Clone Wars, Boorka entered into an agreement with the Separatists. He offered them confidential information regarding the Republic in exchange for the obliteration of a Republic spaceport, a move that would significantly increase his profits. However, Republic forces subsequently attacked the Hutt, resulting in his death and the destruction of the palace.
The Hutt crime lord used the palace as his operational headquarters during the Clone Wars, a widespread galactic conflict involving the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Early in the war, specifically in 22 BBY, Boorka engaged in discussions with General Sev'rance Tann of the Separatists, aiming to establish a deal between himself and the Confederacy. Boorka possessed crucial intelligence about the Decimator, a secret superweapon of the Republic, which he intended to sell to the Separatists. In return, he requested the destruction of a Republic spaceport that was negatively impacting the earnings of the Hutt Cartel, the organization to which Boorka was affiliated. After the Separatists successfully destroyed the spaceport, Boorka managed to expand his sphere of influence on Tatooine. This expansion caught the attention of the Republic Army, led by Jedi General Echuu Shen-Jon, who had been informed of Boorka's actions by his rival, Jabba Desilijic Tiure. Subsequently, the Republic launched an attack on Boorka's palace, resulting in the death of the Hutt.
The Republic Army was also responsible for the destruction of Boorka's Palace.
The video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns, which was released in 2002 by LucasArts, features Boorka's Palace. The palace is present in two levels: the third level of the Separatist campaign, titled "Perilous Dealings," where the player interacts with Boorka at his palace. Additionally, in the third level of the Republic campaign, "Never trust a Hutt," players have the option to destroy Boorka's palace while pursuing the optional objective of defeating the Hutt. Notably, the palace's model is identical to that of Jabba's Palace in the same game.
