Broysc, a male Human, held the rank of Moff during the conflicts encompassing the Great Galactic War, the Cold War, and the Galactic Wars fought between the Galactic Republic and the re-emergent Sith Empire.
During the Great Galactic War, Lieutenant Malavai Quinn served under Moff Broysc at the Battle of Druckenwell. Despite Quinn's disobedience of Broysc's directives, he rectified Broysc's significant error, securing an Imperial triumph. However, Broysc initiated a court-martial against Quinn for his insubordination, falsely claiming credit for the victory. As a form of punishment, Broysc arranged for Quinn's reassignment to Balmorra, where he became integrated into Darth Baras' operational sphere.
As the years passed, Broysc's mental state deteriorated, nearly jeopardizing Major [Ovech]'s command. Later, he commenced regular transmissions to the Fury-class Imperial interceptor, the vessel of Captain Quinn, who was now in the service of the Sith Lord destined to become known as the Emperor's Wrath. Upon establishing contact, Broysc launched into a tirade against Quinn via holotransmitter. Mistakenly addressing him as "Admiral Malcontent," believing it to be his legitimate rank and name, Broysc accused him of causing events that predated Quinn's, and even Broysc's, existence, such as the Battle of Talay, Broysc's initial command, and the Destruction of Taris, which had occurred three centuries earlier. Furthermore, he implicated Quinn in the sabotage of the Glory Space Station, an event about which Quinn possessed no knowledge.
Quinn, with his master's consent, sought to expose Broysc's incompetence and insanity to the Imperial High Command, but his efforts proved futile. Broysc's influential connections within the military and political spheres prevented his removal through conventional means. Consequently, Quinn took matters into his own hands, abducting Broysc from a pleasure barge where he was secluded during ongoing combat and transporting him to the Wrath's ship. In a clear display of madness, Broysc commanded the Wrath to surrender the ship and its crew to his authority, demanding that everyone present commit suicide. Quinn, having reached the limits of his patience, sought the Wrath's approval to execute the Moff, which the Sith granted.
Quinn then disposed of Moff's remains, relieved that Broysc's incompetence would no longer pose a threat to anyone.
