Cassidode VI rebel outpost

A meager and poorly equipped rebel outpost existed on the planetary body known as Cassidode VI. Farns Monsbee, an Alliance to Restore the Republic pilot and flier, was the only snubfighter pilot defending the base; he spent numerous solo hours piloting the sole starfighter available, an X-wing.

Before the Battle of Scarif occurred in 1 BBY, Monsbee was reassigned to Blue Squadron which was located on the moon of Yavin 4. His previous time spent on Cassidode VI allowed him to accumulate more solo flight hours than any other member of his new squadron; the extended isolation caused Monsbee to become quite talkative in the common area.
