Celegian
Celegians constituted a species of sentient beings characterized by tentacles. During 0 ABY, a single Celegian could be found participating in the yearly festivities held on the Dragon Void space station preceding the Dragon Void Run.
Behind the scenes
Although not explicitly named, Celegians made an appearance in current Star Wars canon within the first issue of Star Wars: Han Solo, a comic miniseries. Marjorie Liu penned the story, Mark Brooks provided the illustrations, and Marvel Comics released it on June 15, 2016. Within the Star Wars Legends timeline, Celegians were first introduced in Tales of the Jedi – The Golden Age of the Sith 0, a work authored by Kevin J. Anderson and visually brought to life by Chris Gossett. Mark Brooks, the illustrator, verified via Twitter that his inclusion of a Celegian in the issue stemmed from his exploration of different alien species for potential use.
