The Cinzia Xandret clone came into existence on Sebaddon. Her creator was Lema Xandret, the original Cinzia's mother, after the Sith Empire had taken Lema's daughter for Sith training. To safeguard her cloned offspring at all times, Lema Xandret also engineered hex combat droids. Cinzia was compelled to reside in a Force-suppressing bacta tank on Sebaddon, which concealed her inherent Force-sensitivity. Her time inside this tank also resulted in her being cut off from the rest of the galaxy, with no knowledge of either the Republic or the Empire. An amnioid, containing a fragment of Lema Xandret who had been killed by the hexes, sustained Cinzia within the tank.
In 3643 BBY, the activities of the hexes drew the attention of both the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire to Sebaddon. Cinzia's primary interest was to meet her genetic source, who was now known as Eldon Ax, and to determine if they shared similar thoughts. Ax was in the company of Grand Master Satele Shan, who started questioning Cinzia before revealing the hexes were causing harm to others. Lema attempted to persuade Cinzia to summon the hexes and eliminate the intruders, which led to a dispute between the two. The amnioid then began to choke Cinzia, forcing Ax to destroy the tank that held her. Unfortunately, Cinzia was not accustomed to breathing oxygen, which led to her demise. In her final moments, she instructed the other Cinzia to preserve her mother's essence.
