Clan Eldar was a Mandalorian clan that operated throughout the time the Galactic Empire was in power. Specifically, in 1 BBY, subsequent to a mission carried out by Clan Wren, Clan Kryze, in conjunction with members of the Rebel Alliance, an event that happened amidst the Mandalorian Civil War, Clan Eldar, in concert with other clans, committed their allegiance to Lady Bo-Katan Kryze, thereby joining the Mandalorian resistance opposing the Galactic Empire.
The ranks of Clan Eldar were filled with Mandalorian fighters who wore Mandalorian armor featuring color schemes of black, dark green, and orange. The signet they used showcased the visage of a leonid beast, specifically a lion.
During the time of the New Republic Era, a segment of Clan Eldar belonged to the Children of the Watch, and their signet could be seen displayed on a banner when Ragnar made his oath to the Mandalorian Creed.
Clan Eldar made its initial appearance in the debut episode of the fourth season of Star Wars Rebels, entitled Star Wars Rebels: Heroes of Mandalore, which was broadcast in 2017.
