Claw Squadron consisted of a substantial number of T-wing starfighters organized as a Squadron. This squadron, in conjunction with Jerrid Squadron, participated in a piratical attack targeting an Imperial Convoy. This convoy was intentionally revealed to the Airams by the Empire as a ruse to apprehend additional Airam individuals and uncover the location of their base. Claw Squadron misjudged the capabilities of the Avenger Squadron belonging to the Imperials, resulting in their probable annihilation. Furthermore, the vessels intended to seize the Convoy were instead seized by the Empire's Stormtrooper tranpsorts.
