Combo was a Human male scoundrel who existed during the Galactic War era, a conflict that pitted the Galactic Republic against the Sith Empire. This all occurred within the broader scope of time.
Combo, an associate of the starship pilferer Vaz Traniff, found himself apprehended on Nar Shaddaa following Rogun the Butcher placing a bounty on their heads. Raskurro, a Hutt, was on the verge of surrendering Combo to Strilth, Rogun's Houk enforcer, but Voidhound and Vaz Traniff intervened to free him. Strilth met his end, Combo gained his freedom, and Raskurro was convinced to end the Hutt Cartel's partnership with Rogun. Subsequently, Combo, Traniff, and the Voidhound embarked on a mission to raid the Imperial treasury ship, the King's Ransom, which was stationed in orbit around the Smuggler's Moon. Vaz and Combo concealed themselves within a cargo container, and the smuggler captain transported them onto the vessel using a hijacked Imperial shuttle. Although the Voidwolf soon obliterated the King's Ransom, Combo and Vaz survived, escaping with a substantial quantity of valuable loot.
