The Nevarro Mandalorian covert
Following the Great Purge of Mandalore at the hands of the Galactic Empire, Mandalorian clans took refuge in concealed locations known as coverts. During the era of the New Republic, these scattered havens across the galaxy served as sanctuaries where the surviving Mandalorians kept their traditions alive. On the Outer Rim planet Nevarro, one such covert was inhabited by the Tribe, a group devoted to the ancient Way of the Mandalore. After the forces of Moff Gideon's Imperial remnant launched an attack on the Nevarro covert, Din Djarin, a bounty hunter among its members, set out to locate other Mandalorians and navigate the network of coverts. His goal was to return Grogu, the Force-sensitive infant, to the Jedi. The Armorer and Paz Vizsla, survivors of the remnant's assault, established a fresh covert on the space station Glavis Ringworld. Later, they moved to another covert.
