The Dawn Fleet represents a clandestine fleet, secretly brought into existence by Lady Qi'ra, who was the leader of the criminal organization known as Crimson Dawn. This fleet was intended to be used against the Sith during her efforts to eliminate the then-current Sith Lords, specifically Darth Sidious and Darth Vader. Following the loss of her flagship, the Vermillion, Qi'ra withdrew to Dawnfall Base sometime between 3 ABY and 4 ABY. It was at this location that the Dawn Fleet was put together. She then communicated to the Orphans her strategy to deploy the fleet at the appropriate moment. The fleet was composed of Class One, Class-Two, and Class Three starships. It notably included ship types like Nau'ur-class yachts in addition to a number of Dawn transport ships.
