The DG-29 heavy blaster pistol, alternatively referred to as the DG-29 sideloader, represented a heavy blaster pistol model manufactured by BlasTech Industries; it was Tobias Beckett's favored weapon, which he wielded in his stronger left hand. During a skirmish with Enfys Nest, it was dislodged from his grasp. However, he did successfully utilize a black DG-29 on Kessel. The weapon he used displayed a rainbow-colored ring, a result of oxidation from intense heat. The DG-29 shared a similar grip design and power ampule socket with the RSKF-44, but distinguished itself through its side-loading mechanism and the inclusion of an image-enhancing macroscope designed for extended-range targeting.
