Drixni was a merchant that functioned as a drug store. It could be found in Panna City on the moon known as Panna Prime. The business offered a serum capable of curing an Imperial sleeping virus. At some point falling between 0 ABY and 1 ABY, the bounty hunter named Boba Fett visited the establishment and obtained a supply of the serum. This was intended for Rebel operatives Luke Skywalker and Han Solo, who were suffering from an infection of the virus. A humanoid clerk with green skin provided service at the shop.
Drixni's interior featured walls painted a pink hue, and a display case was used to showcase and advertise the availability of the serum. The shop's name was written using the High Galactic alphabet on both the display case and a yellow-colored awning.
Drixni made an appearance in the animated tale titled "The Story of the Faithful Wookiee". This story was broadcast in 1978 as a segment of the made-for-television movie, The Star Wars Holiday Special. George Lucas penned the story, and Nelvana Studios handled its production.
In the non-canon video game Star Wars: Tiny Death Star, which was developed by Disney Mobile and released in 2013, Drixni was presented as a drugstore located in Panna City. It sold various medicines intended to treat both common and unusual diseases.
