Durn Wynnward, an Ash'ad of male gender, was a participant in the Hidden Chain of Heta Kol, acting as the Ash'ad's representative during the time of the third Galactic War.
In the year 3626 BBY, the Ash'ad, under the direction of Heta Kol, participated in an assault on the Mandalorian vessel named Spirit of Vengeance II, collaborating with both Clan Varad and the Dar'manda. After this successful raid, where they obtained the banner of Clan Cadera, Wynnward convened with Heta Kol, Bask Sunn, and Tyrus Brokenblade. A dispute arose between Wynnward and Brokenblade, but Kol swiftly intervened by producing a thermal detonator and hurling it towards Brokenblade. Brokenblade successfully caught the device, preventing its detonation, only to be subsequently stabbed twice by Kol, who intended this act to illustrate their mutual dependence. Following this event, Wynnward was released to execute the directives given to him by Kol.
At a later time, Durn attended a Hidden Chain assembly where Ri'kan Kateen rejoined the group, bringing with him his sibling, Sa'har Kateen, a Jedi Padawan who had gone rogue, to meet Heta Kol.
