Effney:
A military officer in service to the Galactic Empire, Effney fought in the Galactic Civil War. Before the [Battle of Jakku](/article/battle_of_jakku], he oversaw a kesium gas operation situated within the deserts of Jakku. This operation relied on the labor of numerous slaves, one of whom was Norra Wexley, an agent of the New Republic. Effney subsequently vaporized Mister Bones, a B1-series battle droid, with the intention of belittling Norra. Nevertheless, Bones reactivated and restored his functionality. Following the killing of the stormtrooper guards, Bones exacted retribution by tearing Effney apart limb by limb.
