Enyak bobs were a kind of food produced using enyaks. They were safe to consume for both humans and Latero individuals.
In 9 BBY, during a discussion with Cal Kestis, a Jedi Knight, the Latero Greez Dritus included enyak bobs among the various culinary items he planned to prepare for a celebratory feast upon their arrival on the planet Tanalorr. Dritus indicated he would acquire enyak bobs, Mygeeto burgers, and icefish, provided that their human friend Bode Akuna did not possess any allergies.
Within the current Star Wars canon, enyak bobs received a mention during an elective dialogue sequence found in the 2023 video game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, developed by Respawn Entertainment. In the Star Wars Legends timeline, "The Farrimmer Cafe," an article penned by Jean Rabe and J. Allan Fawcett and featured in Star Wars Adventure Journal 11 which was released on November 1, 1996, mentioned the dish seasoned enyak bobs over teerlop-zikody.
