Erinn Bonette

Erinn Bonette was a female Human officer of the CorSec, specifically a Rogue officer, and she resided on Corellia during the Galactic Civil War time. Following the Battle of Yavin, Bonette, along with fellow Rogue CorSec officer Echdo Bervekk, collaborated with Kaiya Merel, who was a lieutenant of the Meatlump criminal organization. Merel tasked a new Meatlump recruit with assisting them in a shuttle hijacking operation. Unbeknownst to them, this recruit was actually a spacer working for Vani Korr, a reporter for the Corellia Times who was investigating the Meatlumps. The spacer encountered the two Rogue CorSec officers in the vicinity of Coronet and launched an attack. In the ensuing conflict, both Erinn Bonette and Echdo Bervekk met their demise.

Behind the scenes

In the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, Erinn Bonette made an appearance as a non-player character. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. The game was eventually shut down on December 15, 2011. Bonette was introduced to the game through an update called "Chapter 10: The Search for the Meatlump King," which was released on June 19, 2008.

Depending on the Combat Level (CL) of the player, this NPC was referred to in-game as either Erinn Bonette or Berinn Ebonette. If the player undertook the quest "The Meatlumps Hideout, Part 6" while leveling their character (at CL 65), the NPC's name would be Erinn Bonette. Conversely, if the player completed the quest after the game's conclusion (at CL 90), the NPC would be identified as Berinn Ebonette. The game's narrative strongly suggested that the quest was designed to be completed at CL 65.
