Feldus Spar was a Neimoidian politician who resided on Cato Neimoidia. He lived in Zarra, the capital city of that planet. After the Cadesura disaster that occurred in 22 BBY, where a bombing devastated an entire district of the capital, Spar took charge of the assistance provided to those who survived. Later, Spar convened with Alluv Eyam, the minister of defense, and Asajj Ventress, an emissary from the Confederacy of Independent Systems, within the capital complex of Zarra. Their discussion centered around a future diplomatic investigation by the Galactic Republic concerning the aforementioned disaster.
