Subsequently, she detected Sith vessels in her sector and requested clearance codes from the flagship. Negotiations for ending the Great Galactic War, a galaxy-spanning war between the Sith and the Republic, were underway at Alderaan, making the unexpected arrival of the Sith fleet a surprise to them. Instead of replying, Angral, a Sith Lord leading the assault, commanded his ship to destroy the satellite, killing both Femi and her colleague. This action signaled the start of the Sacking of Coruscant, a significant battle between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. The Treaty of Coruscant, an accord that compelled the Republic to cede numerous outer territories and abandon longtime allies to the Sith, concluded the conflict and secured victory for the Sith Empire.
