The Lurker shaman, a male individual, known as the Festering Shaman, resided on Anoat throughout Governor Ubrik Adelhard's Iron Blockade period in the Anoat sector. Shelish dispatched him, but he failed to stop the Smuggler from using the Waters of Change.
