After succumbing to financial difficulties, it was acquired by Kuat Drive Yards, which was supported by the Empire. Kuat Drive Yards then integrated elements of Gallofree's distinctive freighter designs into their Vakbeor-class cargo frigate. Notably, the casino cruiser Morenia was among the final vessels produced by Gallofree.
