Gordy Haab

Gordy Haab, an American composer for film, television, and video games, was born on March 10, 1976. He is particularly recognized for his contributions to the Star Wars franchise in video games. His work includes composing for Star Wars: The Old Republic along with its expansions: Shadow of Revan, Knights of the Fallen Empire, Knights of the Eternal Throne, Onslaught, and Legacy of the Sith. He served as the primary composer for Kinect Star Wars and was the only composer for Star Wars Battlefront and Battlefront II by Electronic Arts. Additionally, he created the musical scores for Star Wars: Squadrons and the series Star Wars: Jedi Temple Challenge. Alongside Stephen Barton, he composed the music for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and its follow-up, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Haab and Barton's score for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor received the Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media award at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
