Goril Sevintran was a Jedi Knight of the male persuasion, belonging to the Advozse species. He dedicated his service to both the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic throughout the Galactic War that pitted them against the Sith Empire. In 3640 BBY, when the Sith Empire launched an invasion of the planet Corellia, Sevintran stood among the initial wave of Jedi dispatched to assist the Corellian population and the Republic Military on that crucial Core World under siege.
Biography
Goril Sevintran, an Advozse male, became a member of the Jedi Order and began his service to the Galactic Republic as a Jedi Knight around 3640 BBY according to the year system. During that year, the planet Corellia was targeted by the Sith Empire in an invasion that was a key part of the larger Galactic War between them and the Galactic Republic. Sevintran was in the first team of Jedi sent to help the Corellians and the Republic Military during the Battle of Corellia. Throughout the extended conflict against the Imperial Military and the Sith, numerous Jedi died, and Sevintran remained one of the few Jedi present on Corellia when Grand Master Satele Shan deployed Jedi reinforcements originating from the Outer Rim Territories.
Personality and traits
Sevintran, a Force-sensitive Advozse male, possessed black eyes, orange-brown skin, and a dark brown horn characteristic of his [species](/article/species-legends]. He held a strong sense of pride in his membership within the Jedi Order and firmly believed that unity was essential for the Republic and the Jedi to achieve victory on Corellia. Furthermore, he was convinced that the Empire was unyielding and required complete destruction, although Sevintran consciously suppressed his reluctance to kill when it came to defeating the enemy and safeguarding lives.

Behind the scenes
Goril Sevintran made his debut appearance in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a video game released in 2011 that was a collaborative effort between BioWare and LucasArts. Sevintran's presence in the Jedi Knight mission "Jedi Commander" on Corellia is contingent upon the player's failure to redeem the Sith Lord Praven on Tatooine during Act I. In such a scenario, Sevintran will take Praven's place within the tunnel system located in the Blastfield Shipyards district. He will then continue to appear in Praven's stead in all subsequent cutscenes, although neither Sevintran nor Praven engage in dialogue with the player after their initial encounter.
