The Grakks were a group of Hutts improved with cybernetics, functioning within Megalox, a well-known prison location, many decades following the Battle of Endor. Grakkus the Hutt, a crime lord previously active on Nar Shaddaa during the Galactic Empire's reign, was their leader.
