Despite his efforts, Gray Star could not evade the Sith assassins forever, ultimately falling at the hands of Cipher Nine from the Imperial Intelligence.
Sometime following the departure of the Galactic Republic from Balmorra, as dictated by the conditions of the Treaty of Coruscant, the Gran who would later be known as Gray Star was discovered by the Eagle. By the year 3643 BBY, Gray Star had infiltrated a Republic base, entrusting the leadership of the Resistance to trusted comrades like Zenith. His life ended when Cipher Nine cornered and killed him.
The destiny of Gray Star hinges on the player's decisions: choosing the Dark Side results in Gray Star's immediate death; selecting the neutral path leads to Gray Star's capture and subsequent impersonation by Sanju Pyne (contingent on Sanju's survival from the preceding mission); opting for the Light side involves persuading Gray Star to yield in return for a pardon for his combatants.
