Groneman's, a diner, could be found in the Steebark District on Level 1347 of Coruscant's underworld, a planet located within the Core Worlds. This establishment featured an interior space illuminated by purple lights, connected to the exterior by a bar. Outside the bar, the restaurant provided five brown stools beneath an awning with a black frame, displaying the business's name in Aurebesh. A separate sign to the awning's left identified Groneman's as a diner.
In the year 231 BBY, Sian Holt, a private investigator and probation officer working for the Galactic Republic, walked past Groneman's. She observed members of various species seated there as she searched for her partner and probationer, Keefar Branto.
Groneman's made its debut in the first issue of the Star Wars: The High Republic: Trail of Shadows comic miniseries. Daniel José Older wrote the comic, and David Wachter provided the illustrations. Marvel Comics published the comic on October 13, 2021, as a component of Phase I of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia initiative.
