Haru

Haru was a human female who resided in Meevai Village on the planet Keelia in the era following the Clone Wars. She had a sister named Saku and was the granddaughter of the village chief at the time.

Biography

Lord Izuma, a local raider who had gained control over a significant portion of the abandoned Confederacy of Independent Systems weaponry on Keelia, once demanded Haru's grandfather as a guarantee to prevent unnecessary conflict with the village inhabitants. Despite her sister Saku's repeated objections, Haru and her bridegroom, Asu, both volunteered to take his place. The wedding ceremony for Haru and Asu was held the evening before their scheduled capture.

On the day after the wedding, Haru and Asu surrendered themselves to Izuma. Saku and other villagers had secretly planned an ambush against the raiders, but their scheme was unsuccessful. When Izuma prepared to execute Saku for her role as the ringleader, the Jedi known as F intervened, saving her life. F's companion, Valco, destroyed Izuma's ship, thereby rendering his B1-series battle droids inoperable. Amidst the resulting pandemonium, Izuma's comrades escaped. Izuma then seized Haru as a hostage. In a rapid action, F defeated the raider, rescuing Haru and the rest of the villagers.

After some time had passed, Haru and the other villagers expressed their gratitude to F for her assistance and bid farewell as the Jedi departed from the planet.
