Hermione "Harmony" Bagwa was a human female employed as a waitress with Wanda and FLO at Dex's Diner. This eatery was situated in CoCo Town on Coruscant and operated by Dexter Jettster. Bagwa's upbringing occurred in the depths of Coruscant's underworld. Sometime before the Clone Wars began, Bagwa happened to be working when Obi-Wan Kenobi, a Jedi Knight, came to Jettster seeking information about a peculiar saberdart.
The character of Hermione Bagwa was brought to life by Susie Porter, an actress from Australia, in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, released in 2002. This film was the second in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Initial documentation from the production of Attack of the Clones indicates that Bagwa was initially conceived as Dexter Jettster's spouse, not a waitress; however, this idea was eventually discarded. While filming, Porter performed lines for both Hermione and FLO while playing a waitress, though only FLO ultimately had a speaking role in the final cut of the movie.
