Morlish Veed was a High Moff serving the Galactic Empire. The designation High Moff began as an inflated title adopted by Imperial warlords amidst the disorder that arose after the Battle of Endor.
The year 130 ABY saw it transition into a formal title, used to identify the Moffs belonging to the Moff High Council within the Fel Empire, and later the Sith Empires. Following his triumph in the Battle of Caamas, Morlish Veed, who concurrently held the position of Grand Moff, received this title.
By 137 ABY within Darth Krayt's Empire, all six members comprising the Moff Council possessed this rank.
