Hyperspace Navigator's Guildhouse

The Hyperspace Navigator's Guildhouse was a guild facility situated within Cinnagar, the primary urban center and seat of government for the world of Empress Teta. Previously serving as the main base of operations for the Navigator's Guild, the organization was compelled to relinquish its valuable navigational charts and data access to individuals with dubious intentions during the Imperial period of the Galactic Empire, all to maintain its financial viability.

Description

This guildhouse is an age-old Tetan estate constructed from now-vanished local timber species, found in Cinnagar, the primary urban area of the world Empress Teta. The estate has been relocated multiple times and presently rests atop a tower that resembles an eight-pointed navigator's compass. Within the tower are landing platforms, potent communications technology capable of penetrating the intense radiation emanating from the Deep Core, and countless rows of computing devices housing faster-than-light travel information. A memorial dedicated to deceased navigators stands before the tower, consisting of a colossal frozen statue depicting the ancient, unnamed founder of a Coruscanti lineage who supposedly pioneered the Koros Trunk Line aboard a multi-generational vessel.

History

Originating as an ancient Tetan mansion erected in the city of Cinnagar, it once acted as a lively center for intrepid spacefarers venturing into the Deep Core and uncharted territories.

The Navigator's Guildhouse endured significant hardship during the Imperial age of the Galactic Empire. The Imperials had duplicated its databases, classified numerous space lanes for military use, and prohibited entire exploration vectors. The guildhouse was forced to sell routes and database access to those with questionable motives, simply to keep its operation afloat.
