The Irving Boys, namely Toursant and Vanver, were a pair of male individuals who, at one point in time, stole the famous Millennium Falcon. They once obtained the Smuggler's Guide, a book previously in the possession of Chelli Lona Aphra. Subsequently, they lost this guide to Riley as part of an "onboarding pack" given to her in the Anoat sector, when the Irving Boys abandoned her at a wayfarers' node.
The Irving Boys found the Smuggler's Guide once again inside the Falcon's cockpit, and documented their claim of ownership of the ship. According to Rey, they had pilfered it from Gannis Ducain, who himself had stolen it from Han Solo. Later, the freighter and the Smuggler's Guide were taken from them by the junk dealer Unkar Plutt. The Kubaz banker Rikard Lovas was once in debt to the Irving Boys. Unable to fully repay what he owed, Lovas orchestrated a fake robbery of his own ship, hoping to secretly steal the money within his computer core without anyone knowing he was responsible. This scheme was uncovered, and the Irving Boys did not receive their due payment. In 34 ABY, after Solo and his First Mate Chewbacca reclaimed the Falcon, Chewbacca began repairing the ill-advised modifications made by the Irving Boys, while Rey was undergoing training with Jedi Master Luke Skywalker on Ahch-To.
