Jarrilyn served as an agent stationed at Darkside, a repair facility situated within the Cularin asteroid belt. Additionally, she held membership in The Cell, a rogue group aiming to overthrow and supplant the established crimelord, Nirama. Her standing within the Cell was relatively low, mirroring the Darkside faction's insignificant role in the Cell's broader operations.
Following a raid executed by Nirama's forces in 32 BBY, Jarrilyn stood as one of the few surviving members of the Darkside contingent. Subsequently, Jarrilyn emerged as a representative for the remaining individuals, encompassing Ahlya, Dor Balse, Kruss Gaal, Jasper and Michael. During this period, they actively sought to enlist new recruits, including local Wookiees, Kaarl the Ithorian, and several recent arrivals; however, the individuals at Darkside exhibited a lack of regard for the local Cell organization. Not long after, they were apprehended by a team of spies operating on behalf of Nirama.
Within a month, her involvement with The Cell and her subsequent capture became widely known.
During her time with the Cell, Jarrilyn was in her middle age, yet still considered attractive, characterized by her dirty blonde hair styled in a ponytail.
