"Joh Blastoh" was a traditional holiday song from the Huttese culture, specifically a jingle. A rendition of the song was at one point recorded by Gallusian musician Luleo Primoc. The song's title was used as the name for a couple of Life Day drinks, namely Joh Blastoh Punch and Joh Blastoh Sangria Gocola.
"Joh Blastoh" is featured in The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special, which was released on Disney+ in the year 2020. Leland Chee, known as the Keeper of the Holocron, composed the song specifically for the holiday special. Chee commented that this contribution could potentially be the pinnacle of his professional life, and he shared the song's lyrics on Twitter concurrently with the special's debut. The complete song, along with the lyrics displayed on screen, was made available on December 21 of that same year through a video published on the official Star Wars YouTube channel. The song and its lyrics were officially brought into canon continuity in the 2021 cookbook Star Wars: The Life Day Cookbook, authored by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak.
