The Justifier, a starship, belonged to Cad Bane, the bounty hunter. A unique feature was its central thruster, engineered to pivot laterally, aligning horizontally with the ship's structure. Upon capturing Omega as a bounty for Prime Minister Lama Su, Cad Bane journeyed to Bora Vio to meet with the Kaminoans for the exchange. However, the bounty hunter Fennec Shand, tasked with preventing Omega's acquisition by the Kaminoan government, confronted Bane. Following a fight with Shand, Bane discovered sabotage on his ship, hindering his pursuit of Shand and the Bad Batch. Subsequently, Bane utilized the ship for numerous missions, tracking M-count individuals for the Empire, delivering them to Imperial Station 003 orbiting Coruscant.
The Justifier was a medium-sized transport characterized by two wings and a rear, adjustable thruster pillar. Armament included two laser cannons, each positioned at the tip of a wing. A large, opaque viewport dominated the cockpit, offering an expansive view of the surrounding space, complemented by two sizable, forward-facing lights situated atop it.
The ship's most distinctive element was the prominent, adjustable thruster pillar located at its rear. In landing mode, the pillar remained fixed horizontally, parallel to both the ship and the ground. Conversely, for takeoff and travel, the pillar could rotate 90 degrees, locking vertically relative to the ship's body, exposing the engine thrusters and enabling hyperdrive functionality.

The Justifier was conceived for an unfinished four-episode arc featuring Cad Bane and Boba Fett within the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, before its cancellation. Dave Filoni and Pablo Hidalgo unveiled concept artwork for the Justifier during "The Untold Clone Wars" Panel at Celebration Anaheim in April 2015. Russell G. Chong designed the ship, intended for appearance in episode 5.23, the arc's second installment. Its official debut occurred in the Star Wars: The Bad Batch episode "Bounty Lost." Concept art featured in the online episode guide for The Bad Batch episode "Reunion" revealed slight modifications to the exterior design compared to the original Clone Wars concept.
